Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Process Engineer ($800, ID13136)
Identify and deliver service improvement activity of nominated site through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.
Develop a culture of continuous improvement with important stakeholders in order to support an ongoing program of change.
Lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions.
Promote the identification of better working practices and the removal of needless complexity from corporate operations in order to deliver higher value and greater efficiency.
Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system.
Assist in the development and implementation of a 'best-in-class' continuous improvement strategy.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to develop new support materials based on the revised processes, such as training, reporting, and system improvements.
Proactively identify solutions to solve possible issues as they arise and to actively monitor project risks.
Complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects.
Requirement
Male/ Female; Age:under 30 years old.
Bachelor Degree or higher in Business field.
Minium 3 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
Minimum accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt.
Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping.
Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions.
Experience of the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage, in the depths of system testing, and at each stage in between.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English.
