Mô tả công việc
Identifying, analyzing, and making incremental improvements to systems, layout factory, processes, products, or services. Its purpose is to drive efficiency, improve quality, and value delivery while minimizing waste, variation, and defects.
Keeping the continual improvement process is driven by ongoing feedback, collaboration, and data and standardizes.
Main tasks:
- To define and develop the improvement of manufacturing process, factory layout to meet high standard and customer need in aspect of quality, cost and delivery.
- Create, sustain and review process flow, work instruction, machine trouble shooting, mainternance, new product and concerned documentations.
- Quality improvement process by improving process of 8D, Quality built in concept, Line side review, 6S ... activity.
- Lead cross functional team with Quality and Maintenance, process, production team... to improve machine, equipment, material, operating procedure and yield to achieve operating cost.
- Train other employees to use the solutions proposed by the projects developed by the continuous improvement area.
- Manage the SharePoint kaizen application
- Any other job duties as assigned by line manager
Yêu cầu
Qualification:
• Granduated from college or vocational schools.
Experience
• Master planning, milestones & lean six sigma, lean, 6S, kaizen, 7IE tools- 7 waste.
• Cad: 2D- 3D.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Skills
• Strong analytical, computational, and problem-solving skills
• Structured and organized
• In-depth knowledge of formalized lean manufacturing practices and tools
