Mô tả công việc
1. NPD Project & Process Development
- Lead and coordinate Operations deliverables for assigned NPD projects.
- Participate in design and technical reviews; provide actionable DFM/DFA feedback.
- Evaluate product design for manufacturability, including tolerances, materials, assembly sequence, and ergonomics.
- Build and execute readiness plans, identify risks, and drive closure with cross-functional teams.
- Review process-related documents (Layout, WI, Fixture list).
2. Process Planning, Validation & Launch
- Review and contribute to process flow, critical parameters, tooling/fixture requirements, and quality controls.
- Lead process trials, pilot builds (QB/PP/1st MP), and validate process capability and stability.
- Ensure all process risks are identified and mitigated via PFMEA.
- Prepare documentation: SOPs, process sheets, validation reports, and readiness checklists.
- Support ramp-up and handover to manufacturing for mass production.
3. Production Support & Troubleshooting
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues (Man, Machine, Material, Method).
- Analyze line issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Follow up line-down issues and drive improvements.
- Define rework methods and routing when needed.
4. Process Efficiency & Quality Improvement
- Drive short-term and long-term process efficiency and quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform IPQC/OQC reject analysis and implement improvement actions.
- Conduct line audits and Gemba walks to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with ME/IE teams to optimize processes, methods, and work instructions (WI).
5. Issue Resolution & Risk Management
- Lead cross-functional problem solving during builds and production.
- Ensure containment actions and long-term solutions are effectively implemented.
- Review build results and PSR (Problem Summary Report) to continuously close gaps.
6. Reporting & Communication
- Consolidate daily/weekly reports on build status, key issues, risks, and progress.
- Provide updates on project timelines, actions, and pending items to management.
- Prepare weekly reports for IPQC/OQC issues and improvement actions.
Yêu cầu
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.
- Good communication skill in English
2. Experience
- At least 2+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing, NPD, or Electronics/Electrical field.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support.
- Experience in process engineering or production environment is preferred.
3. Knowledge
Solid knowledge of:
- DFM/DFA and technical feasibility assessment
- Process engineering, layout, and cycle time analysis
- PFMEA, Control Plan, and risk mitigation
- Lean Manufacturing, VSM
- Understanding of NPD build stages (EB/QB/PP/1st MP) and change/release process
- Familiar with project phases, timelines, and risk management
- Knowledge of DOE is a plus
- Proficiency in troubleshooting tools and methodologies (8D, 5Why, etc.)
4. Functional Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive actionable improvements
- Experience in process validation, build readiness, and issue resolution
- Good understanding of fixture/tooling and process documentation (WI, SOP)
