Job Purpose
The Process Engineering Senior Executive is responsible for managing sample preparation operations, ensuring pilot noodle line performance, and supporting process development through research, analysis, and technical calculations. This role bridges pilot-scale operations with mass production, while driving continuous improvement and innovation in equipment, processes, and methodologies.

Job Responsibilities
1. Sample Preparation Operations Management
• Plan, allocate, and supervise manpower, equipment, and materials for product sample packaging to support:
o Consumer research (Connoisseur, Pre-CLT, CLT, IDI, CPT, HPT...)
o Sensory quality evaluation trials
o Training and sensory assessment programs
o Technology transfer packaging requirements
o Other sample requests from Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and industrial hygiene standards.
• Maintain 5S standards in sample preparation areas, storage, and equipment.
• Operate and maintain machines, tools, and instruments of the sample preparation unit.
• Draft and control technical documents, specifications, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Manage and update departmental data on ERP systems.
2. Process Improvement & Equipment Investment
• Master workflows of the sample preparation unit.
• Identify opportunities and propose improvements to enhance productivity and responsiveness, with emphasis on automation and digitalization.
• Implement software/platforms for task recording and data digitization.
• Lead investment projects for machinery and equipment in the sample preparation unit.
3. Pilot Noodle Line Performance Management
• Understand technical specifications and design parameters of the pilot noodle line.
• Operate and adjust line parameters to suit diverse product formulations.
• Monitor performance, detect abnormalities, and coordinate with maintenance to resolve issues.
4. Research & Analysis Support
• Conduct studies to identify critical factors influencing noodle product quality.
• Develop theoretical frameworks to explain operational impacts on product attributes (e.g., elasticity, lipid content).
• Execute experiments to collect and validate data.
5. Process Design Support
• Research theoretical bases to establish similarity between pilot and mass production lines.
• Perform measurements and calculations to verify scaling parameters.
• Recommend adjustments to improve compatibility and alignment between pilot and large-scale production.
6. Other Duties
• Execute tasks assigned by the Process Engineering Supervisor.
