Process Industrial Engineer

Wahl Vietnam is a subsidiary of Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Process Industrial Engineer.
Reporting: Wahl Vietnam's Senior Operation Manager
Missions:
Through the introduction and operation of new products, new equipment, new processes and new molds, the establishment of standard working hours, standard operations and standard processes, the optimization of tooling and fixtures, and the training and guidance of employees, we ensure the continuous improvement of the production site and commit to produce high-value and competitive products with low input. (Optimize the manufacturing cycle through standard work to achieve COPQ, efficiency, effective cost control, and human resource development).
Responsibilities:
Participate in the planning and formulation of the structure of the new product& process development Introduction stage, FMEA, APQP, PPAP.
Study and design the process for final assembly through Yamazumi, time study and using the IE tools.
Responsible for the design and optimization of new tooling fixtures and production follow-up.
PP project management of new products/NPI at the manufacturing end, and ensure smooth mass production.
Responsible for the review and evaluation and establishment of new process for new product on various assembly departments focusing on final assembly.
Ability to design the layouts, visual management, Low cost automations, people allocation within the process.
Lead engineering changes with other departments and lead change optimization of internal processes.
Participate in or lead the analysis of production abnormalities (equipment, process, quality, etc.), and the formulation, follow-up and verification of corrective and preventive measures
Layout design and optimization of the production line the overall planning of the department's production capacity.
BOM management, IR creation, product costing, process establishment and standard work.
Able to analyze calculation of assembly lines needed for production and ability to cell design.
