Mô tả công việc
The incumbent is responsible for managing all aspects of product introductions (new or modified) at Rheem to achieve SQCPD project deliverables e.g. Safety, wellbeing, health and environment, Quality, Cost, Delivery on time, and People motivated to support new Product, Continuous Improvement Programs for Production, and other Projects assigned by the Supervisor or General Director.

• Experience from developing and implementing programs with identifiable results using some of the following:
o "kaizen" continuous improvement
o "lean" manufacturing
o "Just in time"
o value stream analysis
o supply chain management
o Integrated customer and internal problem-solving teams.
o New machinery
o Press Shop Tooling
o Optimizing bottlenecks
o Operators' participation in new designs
o 7 Tools
• 5 years' experience with a Manufacturing or Quality Qualification
