Superior: QA Manager
Subordinated: Raw material inspectors, finished product auditors (if existing).
Key responsibilities description
- Management of finished products audits.
- For customer complaints, open and close 8D reports for problem solving, verify actions effectiveness, and participate in the core team. Primary contact in the plant.
- Management of internal product non-conformities.
- Changes management (member of core team).
- Support PQE to update the VA.
- Manage the training of new VA or updating on visual criteria
- Continual improvement activities (member of core team). Cooperation with production team in quality tools.
- Management of measurement equipment.
- Evaluation of training effectiveness for visual inspection operators.
- To support production in customer audits.
- Perform internal production process audit according internal audit plan.
Yêu cầu
Education requirements: Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic, Electric or related fields
Basic skills requirements
- ISO/TS 16949:02 training course. Internal, around 8h.
- Internal auditor according to ISO/TS 16949:02 or ISO 9001:2000 standard.
- PREMO Quality Management System.
- Basic training regarding PREMO products and customer expectations.
Expected Training / skills / knowledge
- Deep knowledge of the products (customer requirements and expectations, PREMO specifications, special characteristics of the products for the customers, risks for quality in existing products as FMEA, current process description as critical parameters, controls, working instructions, etc., documentation of products and processes, machines description/operation/maintenance, measurement equipment information, training plan for production team and inspectors/auditors and production quality responsible, raw material requirements and special characteristics, current suppliers performance).
- Process approach management. Indicators and scorecard.
- Core tools basic training (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA) and Control Plan.
- Team work.
- Training methodology for trainers.
- 5S's.
- 8D methodology for problem solving.
- Continual improvement methodology in manufacturing processes.
Experience requirements (similar jobs): 1 year in a similar position
Personality requirements: Proactive, Problem solved orientated, able to manage people, Team working orientated
Languages skills (language and level): Plant local language, high level written and speaking. English language, high level written and medium level speaking.
Software applications skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power
Point, MS Outlook, MS Explorer, SAP (QMS profile). User level.
