Take care of raw materials and collect supplier's information.
Follow up purchase order control of material.
Follow up stock and production planning to calculate, balance quantity and arrange to order monthly.
Contacting negotiating with supplier.
Follow up to market payment for orders.
Follow up real raw material quantity arrive, delivering process.
Report on price situation, report monthly, forecast purchase.
Promotion goods.
Storing purchase dep's docs, arrange docs following ISO standard
Working conditions:
Workplace: Working in Cu Chi - Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone (Shuttle bus from HCM City, Thu Duc City)
Working hour: [protected info] (Monday - Friday)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: University degree.
Experience: At least 2-4 years of sourcing /
purchasing experience in manufacturing industry.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and understanding of Sourcing, Purchasing and Inventory management.
Other Skills:
Able to work independently, communicate with multi-level management and under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful.
Strong negotiation skills and good written & verbal command of English.
Meticulous, proactive and logical thinking.
High integrity.
