Support receiving and consolidating information on purchase orders and procurement needs from the company and its departments.
Assist in planning and executing the procurement process/ sourcing in accordance with the company's procedures.
Monitor order status and confirm production timelines, delivery schedules, and costs; resolve issues arising during the procurement process, such as quality, delivery time, etc.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Looking for 3rd or 4th year students or recent graduates majoring in
Purchasing, Finance & Accounting or Economics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Prefer candidates who are dynamic, enthusiastic, responsible, and proactive.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, ...).
