【Job Summary】
- Resposible for work as a Procurement Manager
【Main responsibilities】
1. DEVELOP PROCUREMENT POLICIES AND COMMERCIAL STANDARDS
- Coordinate with the Market Research & Development Department to update market information (prices, policies, product quality classification trends, competitors in the same industry).
- Advise the Board of Directors (BOD) on procurement policies and commercial standards to ensure
business development goals are met.
2. MANAGE
PURCHASING AND SUPPLY ACTIVITIES ACROSS MULTIPLE REGIONS & SUPPORT PROCUREMENT OPERATIONS
- Ensure the supply of resources, materials, and products according to customers' needs and requirements.
- Identify and advise the BOD on opportunities to improve procurement processes aimed at optimizing efficiency and enhancing the company's competitive advantage.
3. DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT STRATEGIES IN A REGION
- Analyze procurement market data and seek suitable supply sources.
- Build, maintain, and develop supplier relationships.
4. ALIGN AND SYNCHRONIZE PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES (DIRECT & INDIRECT MATERIALS; LOGISTICS OPERATIONS)
- Ensure the company always has sufficient input materials for continuous production and business activities, while meeting customer demands.
- Coordinate with the Market Development & Customer Relations Department and the Production Department to execute orders on schedule with optimal efficiency (inventory of raw materials, finished goods in stock, etc.).
- Optimize and integrate workflows with suppliers and partners.
5. NEGOTIATE AND ENSURE SUPPLY SOURCES & SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE
- Conduct regular evaluations of supplier performance and resolve any issues that may arise during the procurement process.
- Develop performance evaluation standards for suppliers through key metrics (price, supply capacity, etc.).
6. MANAGE AND DEVELOP SUPPLY SOURCES & PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS
- Be responsible for managing the company's supply chain partner system.
- Propose or advise the BOD on solutions to develop supply sources and strengthen partnerships.
- Bachelor's, Master's degree, or Postgraduate certificates in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or International Business
- Having 8 years of experience in procurement and supply chain development.
- Having 1 year of experience in supply chain development at equivalent positions in B2B industrial manufacturing companies is an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience as a Procurement Manager
- Good in English (Upper Intermediate Level)
