PURPOSE
Update& benchmark the material and operation spends rate daily & monthly
Monitor the operation orders daily
Complete data, PO on system.
Handle and manage the quality and quantity of the orders
Monthly report to finance and Procurement Manager timely
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Place order to vendor and suppliers
Manage daily operation orders to ensure Depot, EMR have sufficient material to use
Monitor the quantity and quality of materials and spare parts used daily
Update& benchmark the market rate
Update& complete PO data on system
Follow the payment to vendors and suppliers
Admin job
Manage the vendor & suppliers performance
Monthly report to Team leader and Customer Service Manager
WORK/BUSINESS CONTACTS AND AUTHORITY :
Internal contact: All BU in the company
External contact: Vendors, Suppliers
Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree in Economic / Foreign Trade/ Accountant... University
At least 2 year-working experience in procurement / logistics / data entry
Good command of spoken English
Initiative, persuasive and proactive
Achievement driven, team work
Strong communication, problem solving and negotiation
Excellent in office software such as word, excel, internet, outlook
