Responsibilities:
1. Procurement and Contract
● Sourcing vendors for required goods and services for competitive quotations.
● Conducting local and oversea procurement of goods, services when purchase requests are approved.
● Manage Purchase Orders in the school system and obtaining approval.
● Drafting contract for purchased services and commodities.
● Following up with vendors/service providers to ensure goods, services delivered as requested per schedule.
● Reviewing supplier performance on a periodical basis for regular items.
2. Logistics
● Contacting with freight forwarders, couriers and post office to ensure timely delivery of inbound goods.
● Receiving goods for local and overseas orders; and check quality and completeness of delivery against purchase orders.
● Arranging delivery of goods to departments, purchase requesters.
3. Payment
● Consolidating and checking payment documents and sending them to the accounting department for payment.
● Following up with payment status to ensure that payment is made fully to vendors.
4. Others
● Interacting with the local authority for Import Permission of school educational materials, Vietnam Customs Office regarding importation shipment.
● Support other team members on procurement as assigned by the Procurement Manager.

Key Competencies:
Technical capacity
i Education / qualification
• University degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
• TOEIC level 800 or equivalent
ii Experience
● 1-3 years' relevant experience.
iii. Technical knowledge
● Knowledge of contract management, national and international suppliers, customs regulations and shipping protocols. Experience in contract is an advantage.
● Customer service orientation
● Communicates clearly, concisely and effectively, both written and spoken
● Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
● Experience with ERP, SAP is an advantage.
