• Prepare contract and follow delivery schedule
• Arrange payment to vendors
• Coordinate with vendor and solve issues related to late delivery or quality issue
• Input order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) for SAP team.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Prepare reports on purchases.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper receipt and storage.
• Other tasks assigned by managers.
Yêu cầu
Education/Academic: Understanding of supply chain procedures.
Work Experience: Prefer 1-2 years working experience in manufacture company in planning/
purchasing/sourcing/accounting role.
Language/Computer Proficiency:
+ Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
+ Having English is an advantage.
Technical Skills/Competencies:
+ Solid analytical skills.
+ Negotiation skills.
Behavioral Competencies: Sensitive, careful, honest and teamwork.
