Mô tả công việc
• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs while ensuring quality and delivery timelines.
• Source new domestic and international suppliers to develop and expand the company's vendor base and meet project/tender requirement.
• Manage Request for Quote (RFQ)/ Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Negotiate prices, prepare contracts, and monitor order progress.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and divisions to monitor and resolve issues arising throughout the execution of contracts/projects.
• Manage and train procurement staff in skills development, professional expertise, and data control.
• Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu
• College/ University degree in international business, Export - Import or related.
• Good in English (Knowing Chinese is an advantage).
• At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in
Purchasing, procurement (preferably in energy, power, mechanical, or oil & gas sectors)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Experience in team management (Team Leader/Supervisor level), including planning work and supervising execution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
