● Develop and expand new products ranges (blinds, shades, curtains) for customers in European markets (UK, EU), North America (US, Canada), Australia (Australia, NZ), and Asia (Japan, Singapore)
● Participate in the products' continuous improvement process with customers and the company to meet the needs of B2B partners (traditional business and e-commerce)
● Collaborate in building and developing new products, working with relevant departments (Specialized Product Development, IT, Customer Service, Production,
Purchasing, etc.) to finalize sample products, technical documents, and assist in resolving product-related issues with production and purchasing teams
● Develop and expand new fabric collections with customers
● Act as the primary point of contact for specialized category tracking (e.g., Fabric Development), consolidating individual updates into a master timeline to ensure 100% on-time delivery across the department
● Manage timeline of projects/ products development process
● Research new products and assist in creating price quotes
● Monitor and oversee tasks assigned by the Product Development Director to other departments
● Propose ideas to improve products to reduce costs, enhance quality, or comply with new regulations
● Participate in organizing team meetings, team building activities
● Perform other tasks as required by supervisors

● Education: University degree (preferably from FTU or NEU) or international graduates
● Minimum 2 years of experience in project development or product development
● Having strong leadership & negotiation skills
● Demonstrated expertise or a dedicated interest/passion in fabrics and sewing techniques is a significant plus
● Experience in supply chain management, retail, international e-commerce, or working in manufacturing plants is a plus
● Interest in learning about product development, international business, or supply chain management in manufacturing
● Good English proficiency
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

● Quick learner, logical thinking, flexible in handling situations, able to work independently, good time management, and effective teamwork, communication and negotiation skills
