Explores trends regarding color, materials, products, and consumers.
Responsible for the main sketches and drawings of each product.
Works closely with the material sourcing team to gather yardage and trims for new prototypes and costing details to determine final pricing.
Works closely with
developers to construct each prototype based on their vision.
Works closely with the marketing team to create the story.
Sketch out the design spec sheets by Adobe Illustrator.
Make packaging instructions.
Participate in meetings to discuss designs and line development, and present and review line and concepts regularly.
Display designs for potential customers and vendors.
Work with development & production team to see if the design is feasible.
Develop innovative designs for the organization.
Any design-related job assigned by Director.
Computer literacy: Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software (Photoshop & Illustrator).
Creativity: creativity and innovation, creative thinking.
Artistic ability: Must be able to transform a design from an idea into a physical illustration.
Communication skills: Considering working in teams, a great communicator is needed.
Desire: Must be able to learn and collaborate with other members of the design team.
Ability to travel: Able to travel domestically and internationally.

Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Working days: 5 days/week, from Monday to Friday.
Working time: 7:30 - 16:30.
