REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields.
Understanding and proficiency in the process of product development, including the ability to read 2D drawings.
An awareness of quality control standards, material properties, cost considerations, and production efficiency would be advantageous.
E-commerce knowledge, Sporting Goods, Gardening domain is preferable.
Skills
Well-organize, ability to go into details, project management skills.
Strong in communication and strong teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet established timelines & high demanding levels.
High adaptability, able to switch quickly to new projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
"Going the extra mile" spirit, you always want to reach beyond your limit.
Experience
Experience in Product Development/ Merchandiser or similar roles.
Have around 1-3 years of working in Product Development in Global company.
Experience and deep understanding about Sporting goods/ Gardening products.
