International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading finance company in searching for an outstanding Product Director.
Job Summary:
· Devising and implementing strategies,
· Planning for the design,
· Maintaining and developing of financial products, including but not limited to credit cards, consumer loans to ensure the best customer lifetime experience and the effectiveness of products portfolio, expressed through metrics including but not limited to ENR, TOI, PBT and NPL besides drivers of these metrics like Utilization Rate, portfolio yields, loyalty, customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
· Propose & implement new business initiatives, driving consumer financial product strategy development including but not limited to credit cards & consumer loans that attract and engage target segment
· Closely monitor all performance aspects of existing products (including, but not limited to, revenue drivers, cost drivers, credit performance and operational performance indicators) to drive & grow all key business vectors such as ENR, TOI, PBT.
· Manage strategy for distribution channels as well as Merchant Acquiring to provide holistic propositions to customers at one end and drive profitability for the company at the other end.
· Create and implement Customer Life Cycle Management programs for ensuring optimal profitability of the products portfolio in terms of usage, loyalty and retention. Launch digital acquisition, usage and rewards program in line with the emerging technological as well as customer segment's behavioural trends.
· Develop digital channels and ensuring seamless experience for the customer through applying globally accepted principles of project management and process design to improve existing processes and launch newer ones.
· Highlight deviations in products performance and potential sources of growth/improvement and suggest corrective actions accordingly.
· Consult and/or give corrective actions to ensures achievement of targeted product parameters in new sales and portfolio overall through cooperation with Risk, Finance, Legal, Operations, Analytics, Collections, Sales and IT.
· Build a culture within PBD team to ensure adherence to all operational policies & processes, internal and external regulations and achieve best audit ratings for whole division.
· Design and maintain effective structure to drive the productivity of team.
