Mô tả công việc
1. Research, create, launch new products, update current products
- Research and analyze on current products, customers' needs, trends of tourism products, competitors' websites and products
- Develop new products in Vietnam (GIT/SIC/Series and FIT), thematic tour program (family tours, honeymoon tours ...), multi-country, combination tours
- Provide training for Operations, Sales, Marketing Department on new products and updated products
- Propose the creation of new products to Production Managers
- Propose the update or remove of current products based on analysis and quality control reports to Production Managers
2. Support Sales Department
- Give sales staffs advice when they have special requests, difficult requests from clients
- Support sales staffs with tools for selling products more effectively (Training about unique selling points of products)
- Build standard modules on new ERP which are ready for sales to use to help sales staffs save time
3. Coordinate with Operations Department about tour itineraries
- Coordinate with Operations Department to build and verify the logistic of tours, products, programs
- Recommend the alternative tour options when needed
- Coordinate with tour guides and operations for the most suitable itinerary proposed to clients
4. Support Marketing Department with B2B website
- Update all the factsheets and provide pictures for new products and send them to Marketing Department to upload on B2B website
- Conduct inspection trip
Yêu cầu
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English languages
- Good knowledge of Tourism field, Hotel & Tourism Management
- Creative, dynamic, good knowledge about products and destinations in Vietnam
- Good analytical and problem solving skills and strong decision making skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active, decisive
- University: Bachelor or Master major in Hotel/Tourism/Foreign languages or other related fields
- At least 1 year experience at the same position
