• Planning the production schedule;
• Management of the production team - including appraising, training;
• Assigns production tasks to team members taking account of production needs and individual capabilities;
• Collects data and compiles reports about production;
• Research & recommend new solutions to improve existing products;
• Ensures all documentation necessary for regulatory compliance is completed accurately;
• Conduct reviews of the production processes to try to identify areas for improvements;
• Work with specialist team (Data Mining) to ensure that production team is fully compliant and up-to-date with technology;
• Other tasks assigned by CEO.
Yêu cầu
Required qualifications & others:
• Having general understanding about production circle, e-commerce, technology is a plus
• Fluent English skills (both written and spoken)
Required competencies:
• Logical thinking, analytical thinking & problems solving skills
• Good communication and persuasion skill;
• Good documentation and presentation skills;
• Having ability to see the big picture while still paying attention to details;
• Being target-oriented, responsible, flexible and careful;
• Leadership skill.
