Product Manager

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer you will be responsible for
- Think ahead about business requirements and take a leadership role in the product roadmap from customer experiences/requirements/functionality perspectives of the technology platform, considering the business context
- Present your recommendations to the CTO and BODs on a regular basis.
- Design application by coming up with & analyzing requirements; studying system capabilities; understand about product & business; writing specifications.
- Planning what to be built that improves company productivity, increases revenue or reduces cost on feature base.
- Lead, Inspire team member to deliver high quality products, understand requirements and make clear features to
be developed.
- Collaborate closely with relevant teams and Designer to propose appropriate solutions, present and explain specifications and requirements
- Document business and system requirements clearly, comprehensively, and make sure everyone can easily understand.
- Follow development progress, support clarify the requirement to the development team and facilities to help deliver products successfully.
- Discuss, develop, and review test plan and test cases required for feature/functionality with the development team to ensure development is aligned with features defined.
- Work with graphics to create wireframe, mockup, and design the look & feel of the product.
- Be flexible in a start-up to take-on other business activities as we scale up and disrupt an eCommerce industry.
