Mô tả công việc
1. Plan and execute product branding campaigns for Home Appliance category (Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Small Home Appliances), including short to mid-term strategy.
2. Participate in the launch of new products from Home Appliance category.
3. Work closely with agency/vendor for product branding purposes, including but not limited to creative agency, digital agency, web
developer, video graphed, activation agency.
4. Yearly, quarterly end-user promotion plan & execution following product strategy & sale plan for Home Appliance
5. Plan and execute Dealer convention, dealer trips... following annual plan.
6. Execute the creative process and production, deployment control of Point-Of-Sale materials, in coordination with related departments. Receive and evaluate feedback, and continuously improve the quality and satisfaction of stakeholders.
7. Seek, update and work closely with Product Marketing Section Manager for innovative idea. Provide insight and analysis of new marketing platforms and emerging marketing channels.
8. BTL materials (POSM, communication message, display...) for new product launching.
Yêu cầu
Technical skills & Experience
• 5++ years experience in Marketing
• Integrated marketing
• Branding and Brand development
• Online marketing strategy & channels
• Social media marketing
• Public relations Data normalization & analysis
• Digital platform knowledge, including Facebook, Google, website CRM
• The experience in Electrical Home Appliances is an advantage.
Education & Language
• Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/ Communication
Personal Traits
• Detailed Oriented.
• Multitask & Open mind personality.
• MS Office advanced knowledge, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Can be a team-player and can work autonomously.
• Goal, detail, and results-oriented, well-organized.
