ABOUT THE JOB
Your responsibility
- Work with a team of internal developers, and work closely with external vendors for the delivery of new application capabilities, maintenance and support.
- Work with Functional Team Members to finalize the scope of works (task/tickets).
- Ensure the requirement workflow is conducted effectively.
- Record the business requirement requested by the Product Director.
- Maintain and update the product vision.
- Write up the functional specification including flows etc MindMeister, Figma, Jira, Confluence or similar apps.
- Process requirements to build out user stories and maintain a well-groomed backlog.
- Maintain requirement traceability, linkage between user story - Functional Spec - Business requirement.
- Conduct backlog refinement to review requirements with the team before putting into planning.
- Define requirements that are put into the release based on team member's velocity and ETA.
- Review and prioritize ad-hoc requirements that should be added into the release or replaced by other requirements.
- Embrace the product requirement and support for clarification.
- Manage and make decisions on release. Define timeline for release.
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
- Follow our competitors and the industry
- Increase an understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies and other new trends.
- Deliver effective communications and support relevant internal parties, such as Business Development, Product Marketing, Customer Success, enhance and manage relevant processes and procedures.
Your Skills and Experience
REQUIREMENT
- At least 2 years of experience in business process and/or technology implementation
- Hands-on experience with Waterfall/Agile best practices and methods such as Scrum, Continuous Integration etc.
- Experience in service-oriented technologies to be able to understand service interdependencies and drive towards technical solutions for multi-tiered systems.
- Experience in architecture of dynamic applications.
- Able to work independently and excellent problem-solving skills is a must
- Proven results-orientated person with a focus on delivery
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
- Experience in UX and consumer-facing industries.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to manage up to 10 Headcounts.
