Role Description The Product Owner is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi, responsible for driving the vision, roadmap, and delivery of digital banking products. This role involves gathering and prioritizing requirements, translating business needs into clear product backlogs, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with TPBank's strategic objectives.
The Product
Owner collaborates daily with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, software developers, and UX/UI designers, to refine user stories and oversee end-to-end product development. The role includes monitoring product performance, analyzing customer feedback and market trends, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Owner also supports release planning, coordinates testing and validation, and ensures products meet regulatory, security, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Product Management experience, including defining product vision, managing roadmaps, and handling product backlogs.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to interpret data, gather requirements, and translate insights into product features.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present product recommendations, and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
Candidates should possess a good understanding of Software Development processes, agile methodologies, and working with technical teams.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in banking, fintech, or digital product environments is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Hanoi, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, innovation-driven organization.
Strong problem-solving mindset, customer-centric approach, and familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) are an advantage.
