→ Role Objective: Plan, develop, and optimize digital products and services in the dental domain, ensuring alignment with market needs, clinical workflows, and business strategy.
→ Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze requirements from users and stakeholders across the dental ecosystem (clinics, dentists, technicians, suppliers, customers).
Plan, define, and propose features for products including:
Dental clinic management systems.
Dental treatment workflows and patient medical records.
Dental material procurement, inventory, and supply chain management.
Payment systems, invoicing, reconciliation, and payment gateway integrations.
Warranty processes for dental services, equipment, and materials.
Dental imaging workflows (intraoral photos, X-ray, 3D scans).
Create product documentation: BRD, MRD, User Stories, User Flows, basic Wireframes.
Collaborate with UI/UX, engineering, and QA to ensure product quality and delivery timeline.
Participate in UAT, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
Track product performance, analyze user data, and propose feature optimizations.

→ Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare/Dentistry, or related fields.
Preferred:
Agile/Scrum certifications.
Healthcare or dental-related training or certificates.
→ Process and Professional Experience
From 03 years of experience as a Product Planner,
Product Owner, or Product Analyst & BA
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum processes:
Requirement gathering, business analysis, user story creation.
Participation in grooming, sprint planning, review, and retrospective.
Close collaboration with
Developer, QA, and UI/UX throughout sprints.
Experience in building and managing product backlogs, prioritization based on value and technical complexity.
Familiarity with dental clinic workflows: patient intake, treatment, material management, billing, imaging.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, customer service, and marketing to standardize implementation and product usage processes.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, identify pain points, and propose improvements.
