Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production and Quality Manager (textile, $2800, ID17306)
Textile Fabric Production/Quality Control Manager (Including Inspection Plant and Testing Integration) Responsibilities
Production Management Responsibilities a. Responsible for fabric production planning and scheduling, ensuring that orders are completed on time and meet customer requirements. b. Supervise production processes such as weaving, dyeing, post-processing, and fabric inspection, ensuring quality and efficiency. c. Optimize production processes, improve production capacity, and reduce production costs and waste rates. d. Coordinate supply chain management, ensuring stable raw material supply that meets environmental and quality standards. e. Introduce automation and digital production monitoring ERP systems to increase production transparency and accuracy.
Quality Control Responsibilities a. Establish and implement quality management systems (e.g., GRS), ensuring products meet international standards. b. Supervise the inspection of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, including fabric inspection processes and integration of testing laboratories. c. Develop standard fabric inspection and testing processes, ensuring accuracy in detecting fabric defects and reducing the output of defective products. d. Coordinate with customers on quality standards, reducing complaint rates and return rates, ensuring brand reputation. e. Analyze quality anomalies, develop improvement plans, and promote continuous optimization. f. Plan and manage fabric inspection equipment and personnel, ensuring inspection efficiency and accuracy. g. Integrate internal and external laboratories to conduct tests on colorfastness, strength, shrinkage, waterproofing, etc. h. Ensure that test results are reliable and traceable, meeting customer standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead production, quality, fabric inspection, and testing teams, enhancing team professional capabilities and work efficiency. Collaborate with R&D, business, and suppliers to ensure products meet market trends and customer needs. Continuously implement automated and digital production standards, improving product competitiveness.
Requirement
Nationality: Vietnamese/Mainland Chinese/Taiwanese
More than 5 years of experience in the above-described job responsibilities
Languages: Vietnamese with good Chinese skills; Chinese/Taiwanese with good English skills
