Working Time: 8.30AM - 6.00PM (Mon - Fri) - full-time working at office requested
Allowance: 4,000,000 VND/month

JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in organizing production schedules and timelines.
Support the preparation of production documents, including scripts, shot lists, and equipment checklists.
Help coordinate with teams to ensure smooth preparation for shoots.
Assist the crew with setting up and managing equipment.
Ensure all materials, props, and necessary tools are ready and available.
Handle basic logistical tasks, such as distributing call sheets and managing minor on-site needs.
Assist with quality checks and reviewing rough edits.
Provide administrative support to streamline post-production processes.
Perform any other duties as required by the production team to support ongoing projects.
Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Be able to work full-time as Company's official working time
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Media, Film, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in video production and content creation.
Basic understanding of camera equipment and production tools (a plus).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
