Mô tả công việc
REF GROUP VIETNAM is an international IT hardware company with over 8 years of experience in global markets. We supply new and refurbished IT equipment (servers, components, networking, storage) and work with major brands such as HPE, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, and Cisco. Our customers are located across Europe, the USA, and Asia. Join our multicultural team and make a global impact through your work.
Responsibilities:
- Support technicians in assembling and testing IT hardware (servers, memory, storage, networking equipment)
- Prepare components, connect power and cables, and power on devices for basic testing
- Perform basic firmware/software updates under guidance
- Label, pack, and hand over finished goods to the shipping team
- Enter order and production data into the CRM/ERP system
- Follow daily production schedules and complete tasks on time
- Keep the workspace clean and help organize inventory
- Record work results and report to the supervisor
Yêu cầu
- At least 1 year of experience in production, technical support, warehouse, or related work
- Basic understanding of IT hardware is preferred
- Basic English is required (for using internal systems and team communication)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
Benefits:
- Salary: 10-13 million VND/month (based on experience and performance)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day
- Location: Tân Bình District, Ho Chi Minh City
