Production Control (Quản Lý Sản Xuất)

- The overall 5S level in the production.
- The production qualification level in consideration of strategic topics and future trends/demands.
- The safety in the production area (machines, usage of ppe, ...).
- The systematic controlling of the QCDH related KPI systems and implementation of related actions by the usage of Shop Floor Management.
- Require and implement improvement actions to prepare the operations area for the future and achieve the targets.
- Efficient leadership of Line Leader and Technicians to ensure further development.
- Securing the implementation and quality of standards by ISO in the
production if requested.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Leading, motivating and developing employees in his/her area of responsibility.
- Planning and covering of qualitative and quantitative personnel requirements to assure a smooth
production (short- mid- and long term).
- The pre-approval of employee ideas via the idea management system.
- Participation and reporting in the daily operations Shop Floor meeting.
- Communicate with other funtions in daily business to ensure a smooth Operations.
- Manage the needed consumption parts to ensure a smooth production.
- Manage the fixed assets of the Production area.
- Moderation of the daily Production Shop Floor Meeting.
- Other work and tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager if necessary.
