Mô tả công việc
Customer care and interaction.
Be responsible for receiving incoming requests and determining realistic production deadlines.
Manage and effectively schedule or arrange production tasks.
Handle file sharing and ensure that productions/photos/images are completed successfully and on time.
Coordinate with other departments to monitor operator activities, ensuring optimal utilization of internal and external resources.
Perform reporting and assist with project development as assigned
Yêu cầu
Bachelor or College degree in Business Administration, English Linguistics and Literature, Customer Care Industry, or relevant fields.
Good command of English, in both written and verbal forms.
Be able to work in shifts (morning shift: 6.30 - 14.30, afternoon shift: 14.30 - 22.00, and night shift: 22.00 - 6.30), with shift changes every 4 weeks.
Previous experience working in a production company is a plus.
Experience in using file-sharing sites, customer care.
Experience with software or a web-based working system.
