Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Engineer (Chemicals, $800, ID20051)
Ensure strict compliance with established production procedures across all operators.
Oversee and manage import and export activities of raw materials and finished products.
Supervise and monitor the entire production process, from mixing to final packaging.
Track, analyze, and report any issues arising during production line operations.
Identify root causes of incidents and implement timely corrective actions to ensure smooth and continuous production.
Conduct regular inspections of the production line to assess performance and proactively resolve operational issues.
Develop and implement maintenance plans for machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance first-batch blending yield and overall production efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirement
Male/Female, under 35 years old.
Bachelor's or College degree in Chemistry; preference given to candidates specialized in Petrochemical Refining or with knowledge related to lubricants, grease, and additives.
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in manufacturing companies within industrial chemical-related industries, in a similar position.
English proficiency for workplace communication; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
