1. Ensure production machinery operates efficiently through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
2. Analyze and optimize production processes to improve quality, output, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Specify technical requirements for new machinery and oversee procurement and commissioning.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize operating procedures and drive continuous improvement initiatives
5. Develop operational standards based on documentation from the parent company. Implement BOM setup in the system
6. Coordinate with other departments such as QC, maintenance, and warehouse to ensure smooth operations
7. During the transfer phase: Develop an overall plan and supervise the receipt, installation, and commissioning of machines transferred from China and the Netherlands.
8. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu
*** Knowledge requirement:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field
- At least 3 years of recent experience in a similar position within an industrial manufacturing environment;
- Candidates with 2 or more years of experience in CNC machine programming and machining, and experience working at a foreign-invested company, are preferred.
*** Skills requirement:
- Strong understanding of production processes; solid knowledge of machinery and equipment, and quality systems, ability to read and understand technical drawings. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Kaizen, continuous improvement, 5S, and safety.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; management and continuous improvement skills; reporting skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Proficient in English. Good command of basic Excel and PowerPoint
*** Attitude requirement:
Agile, dynamic, proactive, responsible, and disciplined. Strong communication skills with relevant departments. Logical thinking and good organizational abilities. Able to work under pressure and on shift schedules.
