Production Intern (Brewing/ Engineering)

Brewing & Technology Intern:
Job Description
Support technology system projects
Comply with procedures, principles, and rules of the brewery to assist Technologists within the technology scope
Ensure that sampling and product analysis (analytical) are performed accurately and OTIF (On Time In Full)
Support production in quality control, process control, and condition management
Perform other assigned tasks (e.g., administrative duties, 5S implementation in the technology area)
Packaging & Engineering Intern:
1. Packaging:
Assist in maintaining and organizing project documents, including LOI, WI, and other relevant files.
Ensure that all documents are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible
Support the creation and maintenance of visual labels on equipment and machinery to enhance clarity and organization
Measure and draw service facilities to support the new can line, utilizing skills in CAD and SolidWorks
Create record forms to monitor and follow up online performance.
Develop Power BI reports and integrate them with the current packaging report system.
Support data collection during the implementation of APM steps.
Assist in data collection on-site during the operation of the new can line.
2. Engineering:
Support the HACS (HEINEKEN Asset Care Standard) project team in developing documentation, specifically work instructions to execute preventive maintenance tasks.
Validate the effectiveness of maintenance plans by analyzing data and comparing maintenance standards and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) recommendations.
Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvements in our maintenance program.
Contribute to transferring engineering documentation into the digital system.
Contribute to developing the deployment system in Engineering.
