Production Lead (Vehicle & Electronic Lines)

Production Management
Plan and coordinate production activities at vehicle and electronics lines.
Monitor production progress to ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets are met.
Ensure operators comply with SOPs, WIs, and technical standards.
Quality Management
Collaborate with QA/QC to monitor and control product quality.
Handle production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure products meet company standards and legal requirements.
People Management
Manage, train, and develop team leaders, technicians, and operators.
Foster accountability, discipline, and a strong teamwork culture.
Safety & Workplace
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and fire prevention regulations.
Implement and sustain 5S, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Lead improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, TPM) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Prepare and submit regular reports on production, quality, manpower, and equipment to management.
