1. Assist production supervisor to assign production planning task, manage staff, be responsible for ensuring the task and completion time of the shift.
2. Responsible for the follow-up inspection and management of production plan, reasonable use of equipment and personnel, saving production consumption and improving work efficiency.
3. Responsible for the safe operation of all equipment in the workshop, ensure the normal, efficient and orderly operation of all production positions.
4. Assist Shift Leader to make statistics of production data and material loss.
5. Responsible for staff safety,discipline management and production staff coordination.
6. Utilization the sourcing (Man, Material, Capacity of machine....) to meet all the targets.
7. Manage well to avoid non- conformance product. Propose corrective actions to avoid wastes in production.
8. Support equipment engineering to repair the equipment when having incidents to ensure production progress.
9. Train and manage subordinates to complete the product quality requirement.
Yêu cầu
- High school degree or above, more than three years of production management experience in the same industry, can working on shifts.
- Having the knowledge about the 5S, Kaizen, 5W1H, 5 Why, 5M, 8 Waste type in Manufacturing, Pareto (80/20), PDCA and verifying CT in the Line.
- Familiar with manufacturing process, basic principle, product technical characteristics and production process.
- Have strong ability of quality management, process optimization, communication and coordination, problem solving and analysis and creative in the job.
- Strong in quality & Safety mindset; Familiar with office software.
- Strong in human management and soft skills: Team work, time management, negotiation effectiveness, conflict management, discipline management in the line.
- The problem solver once find out any procedure defects and able of developing and driving team to achieve results.
- Training skills if hiring new line leaders and workers.
