Mô tả công việc
• Manage the manufacturing and non-manufacturing operations to ensure the organizational objectives are achieved in terms of production, quality, and delivery.
• Work effectively with cross functional departments to ensure operational activities achieve daily target and the success of utility services. Follow up shipment until the end and reconciliation. Develop constructive and cooperative working relationship with peers, subordinates, employees and others to ensure the processes comply with laws, regulations and standards.
• Maintain effective communications system through reports, emails, meetings, etc. to ensure the accurate information is forwarded to the management and subordinates to take appropriate decisions on time.
• Identify and highlight potential issues, failures, and rejects, and apply the effective problem solving tools and techniques to eliminate the root cause of problems, reduce waste in operations. Keep the production floor in the right manner and maintain the visuals and standards.
• Prepare the departmental headcount, structure, annual budget, and ensure operations run with effective expenses within budget by reviewing financial statement and overall performance to take corrective and preventive actions (machine renting, overtime, electricity, boiler, etc.).
• Ensure to keep application of new technology, processes, standard (ResQ, AX system, Quality Assurance Management System, etc.). Update and maintain in the respective disciplines by ensuring the awareness across all operations team.
• Coordinate and monitor all out-sourcing activities such as subcontracting of sewing, washing and embroidery etc.
• Lead, guide, monitor, and improve employees' knowledge and capabilities to gain team's high performance and departmental objectives, coordinate with Human Resources team and relevant functions to response team members' grievance, increase incentive and employee satisfaction level to enhance employee engagement by reducing absenteeism & labor turnover rate.
• Ensure that the factory adheres to the requirements of latest ISO version, health and safety environment, and buyers compliances.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in Garment Manufacturing Technology, or related fields (Lean Manufacturing preferred).
• Leadership skills
• Strategic planning skills
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing process (from end to end)
• Problem solving skills, Decision making skills, Time management skills
• Communication skills, Demonstrate strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Minimum of in 5 years' experience in similar capacity in the garment industry.
