Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for managing all Finishing & Packing operations to achieve production output, productivity, and shipment schedules.
• Develop, organize, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Manage and optimize manpower, equipment, and production resources to maximize operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, evaluate, and develop production teams to strengthen organizational capability.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, production procedures, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement improvement actions to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, HR, Merchandising, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Ensure compliance with company rules, occupational safety regulations, and company policies.

Yêu cầu
1. Knowledge, Education, Training
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience
• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience in garment or related industries.
• At least 3 years of experience in a production management role.
• Experience in Finishing, Packing, or Garment Washing operations is preferred.
3. Abilities, skill
• Good English and Computer skill
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strong planning and production organization skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
4. Others
• Request responsibility spirit, disciplinary and good manner
