Mô tả công việc
a) Supervise all manufacturing activities, including textile processing, plastic injection moulding, and assembly. Oversee production planning and control to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes. Manage and efficiently deploy all resources (workforce, machinery, materials, etc.) to meet the production plan and schedule.
b) Lead and manage the production team to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards. Provide team coaching and training for solving problems on time with the right solutions.
c) Ensure Compliance with the quality control plan and system from end-to-end to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
d) Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve production-related quality issues. Deliver products/services committed to internal or external customers at the right time, cost, quality, and responsiveness to support their plans.
e) Leadership responsibility for strategic manufacturing planning, quality improvement, cost-effectiveness, productivity, process improvements, equipment and automation development towards growth and profitability.
f) Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 management systems. Ensure that the factory holds to the requirements of the latest ISO version, health and safety environment, and buyers' compliances.
g) Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency and quality control. Train and mentor staff on production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
h) Prepare production reports and present findings to senior management.
Yêu cầu
a) Education:
i) Bachelor's Degree or higher in one of the following engineering majors
ii) Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science or relevant majors.
b) Experience:
i) 10+ years of relevant working experience in production management in the manufacturing industry with 05+ years of managerial/leadership experience in production management. experience
ii) Experience in managing production for products with complex assembly processes with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
iii) Proven experience managing high-quality factories cooperating with leading global brands.
iv) In-depth knowledge of the baby product market, including sensitivity to chemical requirements and safety regulations.
v) Extensive experience in manufacturing processing and planning with a deep understanding of quality requirements for not only baby and juvenile products.
i) Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in managing ISO 9001 management and Familiarity with other relevant standards and regulations, such as ISO 13485 (medical devices) or CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act).
ii) Managed a production team with a clear and well-built KPI system
c) Abilities:
i) Able to set good ethics, professionalism, leadership, and competency standards.
ii) Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
iii) Problem-solving skill
iv) Goal setting, continuous improvement, and ability to execute plans, motivate and engage the workforce, evaluate work accomplishments, and provide effective feedback.
v) Strong leadership and team management skills and ability for Employee motivation.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese .
