Mô tả công việc
- Report to: General Director
- Monitoring the production process, scheduling production.
- Ensure that production is cost-effective.
- Decide what resources are needed to implement the production plan
- Monitoring and modifying production schedules as needed.
- Ensure the production meet the delivery plan in term of time and quality.
- Connection with the relevant departments, such as Maintenance, Quality, HR, Accounting...
- Work with Director to propose and implement policies and goals.
- Ensure that the team complies with the instructions on HSE.
- Supervise and motivate workers.
- Evaluate worker performance.
- Identify training needs and conduct training.
- Participate in the purchase of packaging materials and other stuff for production.
Yêu cầu
- Only for candidates living and working in Dong Nai.
- University Graduate in Chemistry, Mechanical, Engineering...
- Experience at least 5 years in Production management
- HR management skills, Training skills, Presentation skills
- Good Knowledge of implementation of HSE rules and regulations
- Good planning and report writing skills
- Proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office ...
- Fluently English
- Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015
- Knowledge of I IATF 16949: 2016 is an advantage
- Know the process of manufacturing rubber products is an advantage
