Production & Material Planning and Control Assistant Manager

Position Summary: Management of a team to schedule Production in accordance to company's business plan by full kit materials availability working with Chinese teams .
Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing& Taking responsibility of Factory Production planning basing on customer demands;
2. Ensure all Master Planning schedule be maintained and updated into MRP system after aligned with teams in Customer orders Entry meeting;
3. Release Production Work orders schedule details to Production team, manage to close on time.
4. Provide planning for Local material supply to team.
5. Resolve material deputes& Production issues with related departments;
6. Chair Production review meeting with teams;
7. Participate in customers order& Material status review meeting; Provide Customer order Delivery commitment schedule/ Report accordingly;
8. Establish procedure to improve information flow between related departments (From Store Kitting system for SMT to Packing at Production);
9. Provide Daily Production status and summary reports;
10. To conduct periodic capacity review with manufacturing engineering and production department, achieve target efficiency of production.
11. To coordinate with material planning Warehouse in Hongkong& China and Production to ensure material availability& products are produced as per company's business plan.
12. To coordinate with Project Management& Production Development Engineering to process following Business/ Engineering changes/ applying to Production and fulfil schedule to customer requirement.
13. To coordinate with Quality& related team to adapt Customer orders with QCD (quality, cost, delivery) and process Production fulfilling RMA from customer.
14. Manage& lead team to achieve KPI& any assignment from Management sides.
