Planning production line, preparing sub-cons for sales volume growth or new items introduced
Planning production, planning of main factories (and lines) adding or reduction reflecting sales volume change
Yearly/half - yearly/monthly capa simulation based on sales plan and line assignment to each sales department based on sales plan and last year sales amount per line
Capa "Overs&shorts" checking and available capa notice (or alarming) to each sales department
In case of over capacity, maximize capacity by compromising line assignment between sales depts and procuring substitute factory or lines
In case of over capacity, notice to sales dept and factories for their further action and adjust line prod schedule on workhour/lines/workforce for minimizing any loss
Collecting sales depts. T&A, then prepare line map per factory based on line allocation principle and collected T&A chart from sales depts.
Based on line map discuss with sales depts. On any issue of delivery timing and production concerned and finally fix the line production schedule
Monthly prepare & share line occupation status per sales dept and customers.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in textile, merchandising, supply chain management or related discipline;
At least 8 years' experience in garment production merchandiser
From 2 years' experience in team leading.
Garment FOB merchandising experience are preferable too.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong planning and negotiation skills including the ability to influence at all levels;
Strong problem solving and analytical skill;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Good written & spoken English;
Willing to work under pressure;
At least 8 years' experience in garment production merchandiser
