Production Operator/ Nhân Viên Vận Hành Sản Xuất

JOB PURPOSE: Sản xuất sản phẩm Polyurethane và AdMat sử dụng Blenders, Portable Blenders, Reactors, Misers, kiểm sóat số lượng và chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn và kế họach sản xuất. Đảm bảo tất cả thiết bị và dụng cụ sản xuất được sử dụng một cách an tòan và hiệu quả.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Tuân thủ chính sách an tòan, sức khỏe, môi trường (AT-SK-MT). tham gia các kế họach về AT-SK-MT.
2. Báo cáo tai nạn nếu co xả ra trong phạm vi nhà máy HMV và đưa ra những đề nghị cải tiến các điều kiện không an tòan.
3. Đọc và hiểu rõ các MSDS liên quan đến nguyên vật liệu và sản phẩm.
4. Sản xuất và kiểm sóat các sản phẩm Polyurethanes và AdMat trên Blender, Reactor, và Mixer.
5. Kiểm tra hàng ngày và trước khi sản xuất tất cả máy móc thiết bị để sản xuất sản phẩm Polyurethanes và AdMat.
6. Chuẩn bị nguyên vật liệu trước mỗi mẻ sản xuất và ghi nhật ký sản xuất tấc cả các thông về sản xuất trong suốt qui trình sản xuất.
7. Báo cáo những điểm không phù hợp trong quá trình sản xuất cho Production Leader.
8. Vệ sinh khu vực làm việc và luôn giữ tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh tốt nhất
JOB PURPOSE:
To produce Polyurethane and AdMat products using Blenders, Portable Blenders, Reactors, Misers by meet the quantity and quality specification as per production plan. Ensure all machineries and tools within production area working safely and effectively.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Comply with site rules and EHS regulation within HMV Plant. Support any EHS programs and improvement plan.
2. Report any incident occur within HMV plant and provide suggestion for improvement of any unsafe condition observed.
3. Read and understand of all MSDS related to materials.
4. To produce and controlling Polyurethanes and AdMat products using Blender, Reactor, and Miser.
5. To conduct daily inspection of machinery prior producing Polyurethanes and AdMat products.
6. Prepare raw material for production plan before production start-up and record all production information/data during production process.
7. Report any non-conformance during production process to Production Leader.
8. Conduct cleaning within workplace area and main an excellence housekeeping program.
