To weight right raw material, right quantity for making batch.
To make production batch.
To submit making batch sample for QC checking, and quality - passed the mixing batch
To pump solvent from tank farm to mixing tank.
To do daily routine task
Pump solvent from tank farm into batch mixing tank.
Follow batch making instruction to weight raw materials, load materials into mixing batch, making the batch.
Get sample after mixing, submit sample to QC for quality check & quality passed the batch.
Co-ordinate material team to get more material for mixing batch in case the making batch does not pass quality at the first time.
Co-ordinate process engineer, QC to complete wrong first time batch.
To do routine task such as : weekly audit 5S; BBS; daily move waste to waste warehouse; daily check eyewash / spill kit ....
Follow strictly standard operation procedures-SOPs and Safety requirements
Other tasks assigned from direct Manager.
Can be work hard, work over time, work in shift.
Ability to work under high pressure
Have working experience in paint industry is preferred.
Result orientation / Initiative / Customer focus / Good team player
Good in communication & learning.
