Mô tả công việc
Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure production efficiency and output. This includes planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Prepare and maintain necessary documentation related to the production process, such as work orders, product specifications, and production schedules.
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed, communicating any changes to relevant parties.
Coordinate with various departments, including sales, purchaser, and quality control to ensure products meet quality standards and are produced on time.
Determine and implement improvements to the production process to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Predict possible production issues and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.

Proven experience as a production planner and scheduler or merchandiser.
Knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Salary: up to 16,000,000 VND
One-month probationary period
