Production Supervisor (Plating)

Job overview
The Plating Production Supervisor will lead and manage the plating production team to achieve operational KPIs, ensure quality standards, and foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
1. Drive and monitor production KPIs (POEE, mm ratio, VOH, COPQ, QAP) to meet targets.
2. Manage and develop team talent; build a strong performance-driven culture.
3. Address quality and production issues to ensure customer requirements are met.
4. Maintain and improve safety, security, and 5S standards in the plating workshop.
5. Operate and oversee end-to-end plating processes (welding, line setup, vision inspection, packing) and related functions, including Au consumption management.
6. Ensure plating process reliability and maintain spare parts for stable mass production.
7. Apply deep knowledge of electroplating techniques; support new product trials and resolve complex technical issues.
8. Collaborate effectively with Lab and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
9. Lead improvement projects focused on cost savings, Au consumption reduction, and chemical usage optimization.
10. Utilize production systems (MES, SAP, Power BI) for data-driven decision-making.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned to support business needs.
