Main Purpose
Ensure shift/line production targets are achieved on time, with full compliance to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Environment standards. Lead and develop the team through NCE/TPM to reach optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Leadership
Enforce a strong Safety culture: PPE compliance, hygiene, LOTO, and safe working practices.
Production Execution
Execute production plans and organize manpower efficiently.
Ensure correct recipe parameters and machine settings.
Monitor line efficiency, quality (DSA/MSA), and report production results on time.
Control production costs: materials yield/loss, labor, machine utilization.
Quality & GMP Compliance
Ensure finished goods meet quality standards.
Maintain clean, orderly working areas aligned with NGMP.
Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
Use NCE/TPM tools: SHO/SOR/DOR, SDCA, OPLs, SMED.
Analyze breakdowns and coordinate with Engineering to resolve issues.
Optimize processes to improve line performance and minimize losses.
People Management & Development
Train and coach team members (including temporary staff) on equipment, safety, hygiene, and SOPs.
Ensure completion of development plans and onboarding programs.
Enforce compliance with standard operating procedures.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Support QA, Engineering, AG, etc. in audits, trials, energy-saving projects, and complaint investigations.
Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders.
NCE/TPM Activities
Ensure adherence to TPM milestones and improvement plans.
Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
Yêu cầu
• At least 1-2 year experience in a functional role in food industry
• Experience in managing and engaging / motivating people
• Education requirement: Bachelor Degree
• English ability: Good (speaking, reading, listening and writing)
• Computer skill:
Data Analyst• Major in food processing, mechanical engineering.
