Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement a department growth strategy.
● Effectively manage the technology department, coordinate team activities, and ensure
key KPI achievement: MTTR, MTBF, OEE.
● Plan, monitor, and oversee technical maintenance.
Develop maintenance and repair plans for equipment installations.
● Create instructions following the company's internal standards.
Calculate and order spare parts and materials for equipment.
● Actively participate in the development and scaling of production equipment and
systems.
● Report to senior management.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
● Experience in managing a team of skilled engineers involved in introducing new
products into production.
● Understanding of manufacturing processes.
● Knowledge of production capacity planning and workforce requirements.
● Experience in creating production documentation.
● Practical knowledge of Agile methodology.
● Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
