Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a department growth strategy.
Effectively manage the technology department, coordinate team activities, and ensure key KPI achievement: MTTR, MTBF, OEE.
Plan, monitor, and oversee technical maintenance.
Develop maintenance and repair plans for equipment installations.
Create instructions following the company's internal standards.
Calculate and order spare parts and materials for equipment.
Actively participate in the development and scaling of production equipment and systems.
Report to senior management.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in leadership roles within electronics manufacturing (SMT/THT assembly, NPI, mass production).
Experience in managing a team of skilled engineers involved in introducing new products into production.
Deep Lean Expertise: Proven hands-on track record of implementing Lean manufacturing methodologies (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, SMED) and eliminating process waste.
Technical Competence: Comprehensive understanding of assembly and testing workflows (AOI, ICT, FCT)
Knowledge of production capacity planning and workforce requirements.
Experience in creating production documentation.
Practical knowledge of Agile methodology.
Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
