Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Technician (Open for Korean Expat, 3000 USD, ID21704)
Production Monitoring: Closely monitor daily production progress, output, and operating status of production lines.
Troubleshooting: Directly participate in inspecting, detecting, and resolving technical issues and errors on line in a timely manner to prevent production downtime.
Performance Management: Track, evaluate, and improve operational performance to minimize defect/scrap rates and optimize workflows.
Reporting: Prepare periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on production output, performance, technical issues, and progress for upper management.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with the Maintenance department, QC, and Machine Operators to ensure stable and safe line operations.
Requirement
Male, 36-45 years old
Nationality: Korean nationals
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 1 year of experience in production engineering or equipment engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry
Fluent in Korean and Vietnamese
