About the Role
We are looking for a Programmer to develop, enhance, and maintain our software applications. You will work on both frontend and backend development, turning technical requirements into reliable and practical solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with solid programming skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in building quality software in a professional team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand functional requirements and technical specifications provided by the System Analyst / Technical Project Manager.
- Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components according to project standards.
- Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve issues during development.
- Write clean, maintainable code, perform unit testing, and participate in code reviews.
- Work independently, follow coding standards and contribute to improving development practices within the team.
- Deliver assigned features and tasks on time.

- English: Good communication skills. English CVs/resumes only.
- Programming: Hands-on experience with Python 3 and modern frontend development, especially [protected info] and JavaScript.
- Database & Caching: Experience with SQL databases, SQLAlchemy ORM, and Redis.
- Development Process: Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development workflows.
- Mindset: Strong interest in coding, attention to detail, ownership, and willingness to learn and improve.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python backend frameworks such as CherryPy, Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience with [protected info] or other modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience or knowledge of UI/UX design is a strong plus.
Benefits
- Insurance: Fully covered SHUI based on 100% full gross salary.
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses tied to individual experience and company revenue.
Salary: From USD 700/month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Sat & Sun Off
